Mezuza

An enactment for all Jewish homes to affix a scroll attesting to God’s oneness. Mezuzot can be ordered in various sizes. Checking existing mezuzot is also available (in Israel).

Tefillin

Meet the Sofer

The Hasmonean Sofer is trained scribe Adam Bernstein. Originally from Canada, Adam studied in Yeshivot Ohr Somayach and Darchei Noam, before officially making aliyah in 2013. He served in the IDF's Netzah Yehuda battalion, and continues to serve in the reserves. He lives in Hashmonaim in the lands of Binyamin, with his wife Ilana and their three wonderful children, Aviya, Hodaya, and Maor.
