Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions stated below. Payment of the deposit is considered acceptance of all terms listed on this page.

Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a tour date.
​
Payment Balance
The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.

VAT (Tax) Information
All prices listed are before VAT.
Under current Israeli VAT law, tours including transportation qualify for 0% VAT for tourist (reference: https://www.gov.il/en/departments/policies/vat-tourists-zero-rate).
If tax regulations change, VAT (currently 18%) will be added to the final price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply per touring day and are based on the guiding rate only (not including transportation).
The guide may waive or reduce fees at their discretion.
In the event of cancellation, the following payments apply:

More than 7 days before the tour: $100 deposit only

Less than 7 days before the tour: $300

Cancellation on the tour date: $600

Agreement & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when the $100 deposit is received.
Payment of the deposit is considered acceptance of all terms listed on this page.

Refund & Liability
If the guide is unable to provide the service due to illness, injury, road closures, or any other valid cause, Israel Trails will attempt to arrange a replacement guide. If a replacement cannot be provided, all payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full.
No further liability applies beyond that refund.
